Until 29th February 2016, we're offering a FREE inventory check-in, a FREE gas safety check, a FREE energy performance certificate and a FREE floor plan.

 

This package is worth up to £425.00 + VAT, but only applies to new, fully managed lets – NOT lettings only – and only for the first year's contract.

 

The package includes:

 

Inventory check-in (depending on size)

              worth £65.00 to £150.00

 

Gas safety check 

              worth £125.00

 

Energy performance certificate   

              worth £100.00

 

Floor plan layout 

              worth £50.00

 

VAT is extra on all fees at the current rate – and is included as part of this promotional package.

Terms and conditions

 

1. Offer ends at midnight, 29th February 2016.

2. It only applies to new, fully managed lets – not to lettings only.

3. It only applies to the cost of:
   One inventory check-in.
   One gas safety check.
   One energy performance certificate
   One floor plan.

4. The offer is only for the first year's contract – any / all subsequent work related to these items will be charged at the current fee level.

5. There is no cash or other alternative.
